This batch of AEB-L undergone cryo-treatment after plate quenching from 1950F. This steel is a notoriously tough stainless and one of our favorites to work with. Originally testing the Rockwell hardness at 64 HRC, this was a little high for the ideal performance of the steel and was tempered down to a 62-63 HRC to keep the toughness AEB-L is known for. Sure to be a durable blade for all your EDC tasks.
